  • Outdoor lighting project successfully delivered according to the outdoor lighting plan.
  • Outdoor lighting renewal aims at improving the current outdoor lighting in the housing company.
  •  Energy efficiency can be a basis for renewing even fairly functional lighting. Lighting operating costs are reduced by choosing more energy-efficient lamps and luminaires and by directing lighting only where it is needed.
  •   The poor quality or poor condition of the lighting, such as flickering, too little light or an unpleasant color tone, can create a need to renew the lighting.
  •   The need to renew the lighting is met at the latest at the end of the life of the lamps or when buildings or yard areas are renovated.
  •  The offer request form guides you to include the necessary information about your housing company.
  •  You can attach an outdoor lighting plan, yard map or other document to the offer request
  • Provider agrees to update the housing company regularly on the project development.
  • Providers are asked in the offer if following criteria are fulfilled:
  •  Previous experience in housing company outdoor lighting renewal implementations (reference list attached to offer).
  •  Optional additional special requirements (selected by the Buyer in Offer request creation):
  •  The Provider undertakes to regularly update the client's representative on the progress of the project and possible schedules affecting people living in the apartments.
  •  In addition to the requirements above, the Buyer can include self-defined special requirements to the offer request.
