- The heating comparison study includes:
- Current heating system survey
- A short survey of the Customer's property from heating system perspective will be carried out, e.g. ventilation, heat distribution and generation.
- Checking electricity connections and the electricity consumption of the property.
- Explore opportunities for financing grants for carrying out energy improvements.
- Suggestions for improvement in current heating system
- Proposals for measures to improve energy efficiency will be prepared.
- Pre-planning of possible replacement heating system options
- Examine the technical and financial feasibility of new heating system options
- Provide an estimate of the savings to be made (new heating system investment)
- Investment cost estimates
- Written report, which reviews the state of the current heating solution and suggestions for improvement, as well as the suitability of different alternative heating solutions for the housing association's property from both a technical and financial point of view.
- Providers are asked in the offer if following criteria are fulfilled:
- Previous experience in housing company heating method comparisons (reference list attached to offer).
- Will come to present project final results in housing company event in person as agreed with customer
